Sometimes I can manage a range of British accents with varying degrees of success. :/ I grew up watching Monty Python and other UK comedies on public television in the 80's and watch a lot of UK film currently. Some movies that feature very thick/ethnic UK accents often come with subtitles these days. I currently live in one of the most language diverse neighborhoods in NYC/the world and really enjoy it.
