Need input Server Admins-Suggestions

I would like to see the following things added to servers.

(sorry tried searching for related topics-none found)

 

Private master, slave owners suggestions.

 

A)

1. Just Player Log files, of players names, guid, ip and ping. Nothing more needed. It just has to be a clean file.

 

EDIT Rcon tool, allows you to see GUID's so its reading the database. _ I think we can use this to add people manually for now, but a nice tool would be best to just hit

 

add user, ban user etc..... button to the whitelist, instead of copy/paste user info. (just looked at it closer)

 

 

 

2. The ability to have an add on installed from people like ACI whom check for MD5 changes, Screenshots etc.. for the admins to log in and see.

I know I have sent the links to the dev.'s prior but its important we express our concerns.

 

3. The easy ability to submit those screen shots to the correct people for a complete VAC ban. (very important)

 

4. The ability to parse information from the server such as kills, zombie kills, stats more or less. (just for those that want it)

 

5. The ability to export your inventory information only, pic format character log sheet. (would be just for those that want it)

 

6. Tools to allow whitelisting of xxx players much easier. We can click on the name, guid and IP of that individual and add them to the whitelisting file.

So in the current server app online, we would have a small app that reads in #1 for us and a button beside each name that we can just clean to add to whitelisting or ban.

 

7. A special Forum area setup for Private Master, Slave owners, and public to help combat issues we see. This would be a special area to be invited you must submit your

server information and whom you are. This way, we can fight against problems for the community. We pay dearly for these things to have ruined by others.

 

8. Understanding moderators that have experience in all of the above fields in regards to running a server, hacks, and other things.

 

 

B) Public shards, the ability to do screenshot submissions. Shouldn't need too much more, other then installed tools to help.

 

These are just off the top of my head, if you can offer up facts, and good suggestions please help me list them here.

 

Parsing information is important now.

If you're running a private server you should already have this, I know I do.

we do but you have to filter out server messages, and other type messages.

 

I would like to see something like an app that reads player, guid, ip, etc... and a button beside their name Add Ban by whitelist.

The log file might have to be clean.

 

EDIT - Rcon tool helps reading the database for now. Read above I have made changes to the original post.

It would be helpful also if we had in game messages of

 

1. XX was terminated by XXX and was recorded into a log file on the server.

2. XX connects to the server, which is already recorded in a log file.
