Menu Popping Up For No Reason At ALLL!

When I started Playing DayZ Standalone About A Month ago it was running fine then i noticed the menu popping up for no reason i thought it was just a normal bug and it will get fixed over time. But it just kept doing the same thing over and over and over again. it happens ever minute or so. Please Help me out.

What exactly do you mean with the menu popping up? Which Menu? Would you happen to have a screenshot?
