I think you can buy the required software in a single pack these days.

Should I buy Arma 2: Combined Operations then? , I don't have enough money I just want to know that If I will buy Arma II it's will be enough

You will need both ARMA 2 and ARMA 2: Operation Arrowhead to be able to play DayZ Mod. You can acquire them separately or buy "Combined Operations" or the complete pack of all AddOns, which includes them both.

 

Just make sure you acquire them on/for Steam, as without that you will not be able to play DayZ Mod.

When I go multiplayer it opens a huge list (Kinda like dayz)  But with red and yellow dots. before each.
