Cant launch Arma II Or Arma II OA - Including Mods

So today when I tried to launch Arma II OA and DayZ Epoch.... The little loading bar with the ticks popped up and did its thing but when it dissapeared nothing happened..... I was slightly confused and tried restarting the game but it said the game was already running yet it wasn't on my screen or taskbar.

 

I then opened task manager trying to find the game and found it a bit down background processes, it was using 0% cpu but about 70mb of RAM yet doing nothing, No matter how long I wait the game wont start. 

 

Ive tried dayz commander, steam, playwithsix and starting it from my desktop yet its always the same.... PLEASE HELP

DayZMod and Epoch are different things, do you have the Epoch files downloaded too?

I don't think you can launch Epoch from Steam but I wouldn't know, you could try asking on the Epoch forums.
