DayZ lags on good pc please help!

Hello!

Im having low fps (around 22 when running) even though i have fairly good pc but when i look at sky i have around 120 fps im pretty sure my pc should be able to handle this game on even highest graphics since my friend with i7 3770 3.4 ghz and gigabyte gtx 970 g1 gaming edition can run it with around 60 fps

Specs:
8 gb ram
amd fx-8370 (4.0 ghz)
nvidia geforce gtx 980

Here ya go man.  I have a fx9370 and a gtx660 and i get good frames...follow this guide man.
