In a real life zombie apocalypse, or any sort of pandemic, if there was a gun that was fed through a magazine, chances are, the magazine would be inside of the gun.

I understand the concern players have. They want the ability to operate and kill others with guns, to be extremely difficult. People think that if magazines spawn in guns then you would notice how significantly easy it is to obtain an operational gun. I, along with others, agree that if there is a gun that requires a magazine to fire, then there should be a chance that you can find the gun WITH a mag already inside of it, and the magazine doesn't have to be full, it could have for example 6 rounds out of the 30. In the future they are going to make guns and anything associated with guns EXTREMLEY, EXTREMLEY RARE. Because currently, you can find a million crossbow holosights and pistol flashlights around Chernarus. Crossbow HOLOSIGHTS none the less is not a common thing. Sure it goes to a not so powerful gun, but just because it goes to a weak contraption (not a gun) doesn't mean that they should spawn everywhere.

Let's Cut To The Chase..

Since they are going to make guns as rare as they are going to make them, then why not give the player an opportunity to be lucky and find a magazine already inside of a gun? Because sooner or later after people are robbing others while wielding and threating them with nothing more than an axe and are putting arrows in each others skull, instead of having One Extremely Rare Item+ Another Extremely Rare Item = a working gun, they could have an Extremely Rare Item+ a 38% chance to have this item already combined with the first variable = a working gun.

Where Ak47s are civilian owned, which is fine

But due to the fact Civilian owned rifles are only allowed to carry 10 rnd magazine and federal self defense ammunition expect a lot of reloading, and one shot burst.

I'm against this, no responsible firearm owner keep loaded weapons in their homes. I have a firearms license, I also know many many people who do also. You would be lucky to find ammo and mags stored in the same container never mind a loaded weapon. Just my $0.02

In Canada legislation is in the works to classify crossbows as firearms requiring license. As well I believe any air gun shooting at or exceeding 500 feet per second is considered a firearm.

Hey man, where are you from? I'm from Czech Republic and trust me, map is NOT based on this country ( https://www.google.cz/maps/place/%C4%8Cesk%C3%A1+republika/@49.8037633,15.4749126,8z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m2!3m1!1s0x470b948fd7dd8243:0xf8661c75d3db586f Can you see any sea?). And more importantly, there are definitelly no AK47's in civilan ownership. Only think is based on Czech Republic, or better say Czechoslovakia are some cars, guns and signs (that one in latin alphabet). And yeah, of course, Bohemia Interactive is originally czech game dev studio. But, that's it. So, please, don't write anything about things you absolutely don't have any idea. Thx. While this is true, our gun laws are more relaxed that most other countries realize. Go to the states and you might find loaded weapons. In England you won't even find Revolvers and Pistols in civic areas as only Long guns are legal for civic use. Ultimately though its up to the devs. In locations like Heli crash site I can see it. I can't see a soldier going into battle with a unloaded weapon. At houses and police stations though I cannot.

The law is also so vague that it only says the ammunition has to be stored separate from the firearm. In a magazine beside the gun could or could not count.
