Server not syncing with Master Hive

Hello my friends, 

 

I am currently experiencing an issue with my server connecting to the master hive. 

 

I recently purchased this server from Vilayer. I have been doing everything I can with them and they are being helpful, but it is still not fixed. I was just wondering if anyone on the DayZ end can shed some light on what is happening?

 

- When the server goes up, it is stuck on version 52.0 and the time slot is blank.

- When I joining I am a fresh spawn, when rejoining I am fresh spawn in new location.

- I have tried turning the server off, then back on again about 40 times with no luck.

- Included is a screen shot of what the server list looks like.

All server based issues will be strictly handled through the GSP unfortunately.  If your server is going through issues just keep on Vilayer Support until the issue has been resolved.  Other then that there is not much further advice I have.
