DayZ Terrible FPS HELP

Hey guys, I have been playing DayZ SA since it was released. I have been able to play it perfectly until recently. I used to get 40+ FPS in cities and now I barely get 20 in the forest. Some tips for fixing this would be a life saver (literally). I will note that I have unparked my CPU cores and I have tried changing things in my profile config files and still nothing. All help and answers are greatly appreciated.

My PC Specs:

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM

AMD Radeon HD 6850

Intel i7-2600k CPU @ 3.40 GHz - Octa Core

GIGABYTE GA-H61M-DS2 LGA 1155 Intel H61 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

Seagate Barracuda ST500DM002 500GB 16MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive

I know my motherboard is shit but i have been using it for about 3 years no problem and I have ordered a new motherboard from newegg a few days ago and I am also working on getting an SSD.

Use default text please.

Better check you temps/make sure your computer is clean/ maybe a defrag is needed.

Game is running smoother for many, so the problem must be on your end, try resetting your graphic settings.

Its the new patch its causing fps issues for some people, I found it happens around buildings
