guys i'm a new player but i refuse to die!!

i'm currently in zelenogorsk near the supermarket and only have 4K blood! can anyone please help me?just tell me the server and i go there?

If you're in the supermarket, find: KNIFE, FIREWOOD(or hatchet), MATCHBOX

Then simply run out into the wild, kill some animals(not bunnies) get some raw meat, cook it (by having firewood in inventory and rightclicking the matchbox to start campfire then highlight campfire and select cook meats(dont press G just scroll menu click)) and youll get 800 blood per cooked meat.
