I think the introduction of a poncho or slicker, an E-Tool, and a compact hand fishing line would be excellent additions to the game .

Ponchos and Dusters are my element :D

 

 

 

And the DEVs somewhere already said:

They will not implement dusters, coats, ponchos, leg-holsters, etc., because this would cause clipping issues (like when walking, moving the arms, etc. etc.).

But once the engine is better/different, and they made a good anti-cipping-detection-system, they will do this, I'm very sure.

(just look: Chris Torchia seems to be a western-fan to a certain point (a Cowboy-hat, leather jacket, repeater were added. He did the Derringer by himself, because it's his favourite gun, if I remember it right))

 

 

 

P.S.

Once Ponchos are implemened, we need following animations.

 

 

Putting the Poncho up when accessing gear that is under the poncho (=vest or jacket/t-shirt, etc.)

 

 

and then putting it down again.

 

 

Why?

 

Because of reasons.

 

Sure, these animations would cost time, etc. etc. But the profit we get from these animations out-weighs the disadvantage by far.

In any case the Clint Eastwood flip of the poncho animations are a must with handgun, or sawed off shotgun
