Anyone get a ban yet?

My buddy just got banned for game hack #38 yesterday and today, playing in UN/ZaP private shard servers.  He is not hacking, I can be confident in that.  I think what happened was he was running gedosato+ff13, and battleeye must have seen it as something fishy.  

 

Has this happened to anyone else?

 

Also, how do we contact battleeye, or who exactly should we be contacting?  We want to continue playing on these servers as we have invested ourselves in doing so.  We hopped onto the Zap forum, is there other recourse available to us?

 

I wouldn't care, except he is part of my team, my clan leader to be specific, and we roll together, as a team.
