Bloom setting in .cfg

Would changing bloom from 1 to 0 help framerate at all, or is that just the same as having the slider bottomed out?

 

Trying to get it playable on a friends PC

Cheers just wanted make sure....have a bet going...if I can get it to a playable frame rate hel buy it. So we have installed from my steam account and we getting there :)
