Needing advice on a ban.

Recommended Posts

I know that Bohemia Interactive can't do anything about this, this post is not about lifting the ban.

So, long story short, my cousin was banned from DayZ. He doesn't use scripts, he doesn't hack, etc. Either way though, he got a BattlEye global ban for no discernable reason. I have emailed them multiple times, in which I recieved no communication back past an automated message. And because of this, we have pretty much lost hope. If he opens a new Steam account and repurchases DayZ, will he be banned on that too (considering the account that was originally banned was used on that PC as well)? Or will he be fine? Are there any specific precautions to take to ensure that he doesn't get banned on the new account as a result of some random technicality?

Your cousin gets banned and you write the E-Mail?

It's always the cousin, isn't it?

You won't receive help here.
