You drop that rifle and switch to another server, guess what, you have no rifle. If it's on you, yes it goes with you. After a server restart the 3 vehicles on the server will reset to 3 different new spawns. No, the vehicles on that server stay there and cannot be brought to another. It seems incredible that when testing it someone didn't say, "you know, this truck thing is nice, but don't you think people will be annoyed at having a really restricted view?". It's not like we're looking through the roof of the vehicle. The only thing is we cannot shoulder check, very dangerous to drive with out proper shoulder checking. Next time I am in one I'll take a screenshot, however just about any incline stops you from seeing out from the cab. The viewpoint really is set far too high.
