Spawned in what I assume Debug forest! How do I leave?

Buddy of mine spawned in what appears to be the debug forest! How does he get out of that hell. The guy has NVG + G suit that he does not want to respawn and lose.

Can you run out? Spawn out? or is there a possible fix?

Run south east for about 15 minutes, and you should be back on the map

I would have told him to use Respawn because it is too hard to use Google.

Do you constantly spawn back there and you can never spawn back in the shore? If so I feel sorry for you. Anyway run East out of there like the others wrote.
