Stuck in a building

i logged out in a house today above elektro because there were hackers teleporting around the building shooting me and my friend, when i log back in i was under the floor. tried vaulting, running, cant lay down to roll, and cant get out no matter what i do

i heard there is a way for my character to be moved by DayZ staff, if this true?
i picked up an akm and m4 off some of the guys bodies and id like to not lose them as ive been looking for one for awhile.

please let me know if i can be saved, or if i am doomed to die a slow starvation fueled death.

i am under the green house near the dirt road with the water source. building coords are 105 - 126 according to the DayZ DB Map

So far we are able to resolve issues with characters being stuck (stuck in house, stuck in ocean, etc.).

 

How do we get your character unstuck?

 

Please send us the following information when submitting an issue regarding stuck characters:

• Steam ID url. Example: "steamcommunity.com/id/xxxxxxxxxx/"
• Please let us know if the character is on a Regular/Hardcore server.

 

 

What if I don't want other users to see my Steam ID?

 

No worries, just post your Steam ID as a note and click the "Make Private" button after you submit your issue in the Feedback Tracker.

There used to be a few ways of doing this without contacting support. Try lagging your internet out if you have a dodgy connection, IE load 10 youtube videos, a few twitch steams, then just go hard at the wall, run, vault etc. The other is weigh your sprint key down, and plug pull your ethernet cable, or disable your wireless. You'll drop connection and should be outside when you get back in.. 

Haven't had to do these for a few patches, so it may not work anymore. Good luck.

Thank you! i found this just after posting. do you know how long it normally takes to get a response/solution?

and thanks Preach, ive tried that before but it never worked. only ever got out by rolling or vaulting. it seems the room im in is big enough, but it also seems that there is a box around me. i was ona server and a hacker teled to me, and couldnt shoot me, bullets would just ricochet a few inches in front of the gun.

until the fix i'll just try out exp again, thanks Steak!

No problem, it varies based on time zones etc.  Just submit the ticket tonight, save your ticket#  and review it tomorrow to ensure its taken care of.

It happened to me last night, i tried everything that people said to do, nothing worked. Whatever u do dont drop your loot, i did and confined me to a box i could only turn around in. Couldnt move at all. After about an hour and a half died of starvation. Long night
