i played for some hours on this server. something is wrong with zeds, there don't spawn enough of them. it was always like 10 players - 15 zeds total. even with a few guys in cherno.

also, admin (kol) what was going on with the teleporting?

 

btw "tweaked and better" = no vanilla anymore.

Just like the old dayz we haven't edited anything else just the debug monitor some random messages and server restarts. the server is the true vanilla dayz experience just abit tweaked you will not log on the server and find a high powered weapon in a fire station.

 

There's a common misconception that a server has to be vanilla to provide an authentic DayZ experience. This has developed from administrators expressing little restraint when adding features which dilute the core survival experience. But it is entirely possible to consider that, and in doing so produce a server which can provide a harsher environment than default.

 

Vanilla DayZ is the benchmark which many server administrators ignore to their detriment.

so is this server down, or what is happening, me and my friends are very interessted. we started playing DayZ in the very early mod, so i really want to try this out :)
