Day Z Standalone Finished PRICE Changes?

Okay so, Standalone is becoming more pricey and this is the last week and next week prices will go up. I am wondering, if the DEV Team have made any progress or I should save my money for the christmas sale or buy something else such as ROME 2. I did play the mod, I felt it was a bit more of a TDM then a survival. 

 

My traits,

Love looting

Love finding strategies to stay away from players

Love going into town and making friends

 

I am unsure if it is right yet, Please read all the above before commenting and please do not move it towards the SHOULD I buy it thread. This is more of a IS IT FINISHED thread and if it is in playable condition!

That all depends on what kind of computer you have.  DayZ Standalone is very playable and is worth the money, imo.

I have an i5 with intel graphics card and on medium setting it runs fine. SA is more of a survival game, mod isnt. SA is more polished etc, but if you are a player that expects to be fully armed with a high caliber sniper, then SA isnt for you. In SA, unless you like server hopping, you should be lucky to find a mosin with bullets within 1st hour. But thats survival and to me thats fun
