Arma 2 DayZ mod help- Cant join

I just got Arma 2 and the DayZ mod for it, and i try joining servers and it says I need to delete certain files or have the right keys for it?

It also says it needs various expansions for it, I already bought the Operation arrowhead..but it keeps saying something about downloadable content and such, i dont understand.

Any help anyone?

Hello and welcome to the Forum, make sure to make yourself familiar with the layout and rules / guidelins before posting - as this is the section for DayZ Standalone.

 

The DayZ Mod is a Modification for ARMA 2: Operation Arrowhead - so only having that will not suffice.

 

The things you will need:

 

  1. ARMA 2
  2. ARMA 2: Operation Arrowhead
  3. DayZ Mod

 

They are all available on Steam.

Which DayZ mod are you attempting to join? Vanilla DayZ or one of the mods of a mod such as epoch, overpoch, overwatch, etc.
