Very bad fps on a very good computer

Hey Guys,  

I have a pretty good computer with an 7 4770k 3.5g processor, 16 gb of ram, and a gtx 760. But whenever i go into a city like cherno i get 8 fps and whenever im on the road i get like 15. Ive tried everything from reinstalling the game to changes ettings in notepad or the game. Does anyone have any suggestions on what i could do to fix this problem.

Try Razer Game Booster, Set game to high priority close some tabs that you have open.

You welcome, Glad I could be of service! It shuts down alot of apps and prioritises. So basically I would say your computer had alot of apps running :)
