a random 'punching' while running with no one close enough to hit you?  

 

I'd checked a chopper crash, and then ran into the Vybor base.  I ran back to the chopper to see if maybe they respawned loot (like buildings occasionally do).  Before I got there, I noticed another guy running towards the chopper and made a bee line away from he and the chopper.  He shot at me several times, but couldn't hit me due to breathing, but when I made an arch back towards the chopper, I got the punching sound for a solid 10 seconds while I tried running away.

This happened the other day, and I'd like to know if anyone else has to see whether or not to escalate reporting of the issue I've brought up.  I wasn't recording at the time, either, so I'm simply trying to have a discussion to see if other people have experienced this, or if it was a random bug.

I had a similar experience with a hacker but it sounded like he was punching me  hundreds of times per second for like two or three seconds and then I went unconscious. He was mad because I shot at him when he was trying to show me his hacks.
