lfusel 2 Posted November 20, 2014 So Im rather new to the game but would like to know if there are any servers epoch or really any type of server out there are more on the serviving side that has day and night, but you can still build bases and make your clame on the world. I say epoch because I believe thats what those servers strive on is building and fighting but I kinda wanna find a mix where shits not stupid easy like the server i have been playing on.... I have been playing on a server for like a week and have like 30 brefs and enough mats to make like 10 bases. I want it to be hard have a night period on a timer not this stupid vote for night crap and actaully have the feeling like im going to die and not only from the player. I am the only Epoch server host that provides a hardcore survival experience as I prefer DayZ, but with build-ables and crafting. I would ask you to try and make your mark in Namalsk IP: 198.15.113.90:2412. You will not find it an easy proposition and therefore much more involving and rewarding than shopping or hoarding. I have a split day/night cycle: 3 hours of light into 3 hours of night at 6 hour intervals. Do not be discouraged by the lack of players as typical Epoch/Overpoch players do not like the survival theme. But if you head to the southern areas be prepared for Ai encounters, missions and other events to intrigue and challenge you. There's a lot hidden within the landscape and any familiarity with Namalsk will only serve to assist your navigation. There are a few regulars and if you can be patient; you will see more in due course as I post/blog/promote this server at every opportunity to the DayZ and Epoch community. I'd gladly work with you to help you settle, if you prefer. I'm online daily from 21:00GMT. My mission is to gather a hardcore survival community. But players of that nature are quite rare; so if you're that way inclined I'd appreciate it very much if you'd join up so we can work together to not only survive, but thrive. I can also arrange for a meet with the other players as they are spread throughout the worlds various time-zones. There are also a few things about the servers content that you should be made aware of. Details can be found on the INFO stands located about the place, usually at the old traders posts. Automodown 10 Posted December 18, 2014 We have a server which is exactly just that. No traders and no currency what so ever. Scavenge, survive and loot. Everything that you would find in Epoch is in game, base building, weapon and vehicle variety are all there. There are special missions to obtain higher tiered vehicles and weapons. There is around 15 steady players who are all pretty friendly to answer any questions or provide some assistance. I have include the server name, IP and port. hope to see you there. Also the server is around a week old so its constantly evolving and ideas and feedback are appreciated! If you or any players are looking for an authentic, no compromise HARDCORE SURVIVAL experience then head to IP: 198.15.113.90:2412. Circumvent the requirement to use a graphical interface when launching your game and use our batch file. No more DZCommander or DZLauncher. The Day/night cycle is now a 24 hour clock, as in real life. Good luck staying alive in the freezing darkness...
