Massive loot in normal server, why?

I was joining a server to look for some ammo for my sks and suddenly all loot spawns were like this, the server was only with 3-4 players, any ideas? 

For me its like a massive bug

Ok, its a persistent bug nothing to worry about. either items aren't despawning on restarts, or the game thinks more items are gone then really is, so it just "floods loot everywhere" but I really do like this server... What's it called? id like to play on it.

it was something like "[bIA]  We are recruiting", it hadn´t to me yet, maybe is also because i dont check the forums that often.
