xXGHOSTXx132 (DayZ) 1 Posted November 14, 2014 (edited) Something i notice in game is that even when using Military style Clothing you get stupid hot really fast. Now from my experience using these stupid hot article of clothing in real life i can tell you that you will not over heat. . . . . .in fact just the opposite, the material is meant to keep the body cool using your sweat, and warm using your own body heat to keep it in. You may feel "Warm" but you will not "Over heat". I am going to make it my life's ambition to help the dev team get this right. The picture is of me in Afghanistan in full Kit hot ass balls but not falling out, or "Overheating". http://tinypic.com/r/549nup/8 Edited November 14, 2014 by xXGHOSTXx132
Evil Minion 943 Posted November 14, 2014 (edited) The current military gear ingame is mostly of the "cold weather" variety - jackets and pants made for cold and wet weather. The military clothes used in warmer climates are made of different materials. Also the military usually uses a lot more layering. It would be nice to have the following things:lighter ("summer") military jackets/tunicsthe option to wear a shirt under any jacketthe option to wear different kinds of underwear Edited November 14, 2014 by Evil Minion

gibonez 3633 Posted November 16, 2014 In that picture you also weren't sprinting for an hour at 30 km/h.Overheating will hopefully become less of a problem if they add stamina and believable movement speed
