Buildings taking a long time to render/load?

I never had this problem until very recently, whenever I join a server only the building I'll be in won't be loaded and will just be invisible.  I can see other houses and even people and items all around the area, and it is taking around 20 seconds for the building to load in for me.

 

Is there anyway to fix this?

Not as far as I have seen, the load time seems to depend on how full the server is and how much stuff is around you, try logging out in the woods away from this city next time and see if that helps, I notice that if I log in the city it takes me a while to load everything back or even be able to move, very scary.
