I know we have paper and pens but it doesn't stand out if note is a spawn or placed there. This idea if more for RP.

 

Crafting a small wooden sign from paper and wood (maybe need hammer too), which can only be placed outside. People could leave massage such as 'This is *names* area, if I find you here, I will shoot!". Or to make notices for clans/teams with camps out in the woods.

I'm gonna write long winded but interesting stories on signs and then wait 200m away with a scoped mosin.
