Now that we have private shards we should be able to filer them out in filter potion like we can filter out full ones or the ones with password. Simply for convenience of selecting server.

Kind of also hoping that they seriously clamp down on join = kick servers on the public hive.

Dean has commented that the server browser does need some attention. Since filtering is a pretty easy thing to do, they have probably put it on the back burner until other more pressing items have been worked on. I would not be surprised if it does not change until the beta phase.

It shouldn't be a problem to add one feature. So I see no reason for it be all the way in beta.

You can, just type private or public as the host in the filter setting.  Some public ones sneak through using the name private in their title but it works pretty good.  Cheers  :D
