Run of bad luck! (Skip to 2:13)

Beans :)

And some advice, it has nothing to do with bad luck man, you're bringing this upon yourself.

First encounter with the guy with the AK. The fact that he's constantly walking around with his weapon raised should tip you off. Then more people come and they fight each other. You decide to interfere with your melee weapon. Another option would have been to hang back and see what goes down. 1 Guy was dead, 1 bleeding with broken legs and a Z hitting him. You could have easily been the winner there ;)

Second, why try to fight a horde of Z's? RUN! :D

Third: You could smell something was fishy the way these guys greeted you: "Hey, STOP buddy!"  Think about it, it's a hostile approach towards an (pretty much) unarmed player. No first contact done in a hostile matter (weapons or the way people talk) will end well.   (remember that hostility =\= cautiousness)

I agree, you should have let the two guys shooting each other and the zombie hitting them, then see who was left.  Never bring a pickaxe to a gunfight.
