anderswhk 23 Posted November 6, 2014 (edited) Someone has to know where the waterproof bags spawn. Come on people!!!! I've found them all over the place. Just playing for about an hour last night, and i spotted at least 3 on the ground. Apartment buildings in Novodmitrovsk, with those small garages attached. I came across 2 players, also in Novo that had one each as well. They seem to be quite common, at least in this build.
