Id like to create a post apocalyptic zombie town of my own... Lets call it something catchy like "Barter town" where I build a methane power station and brew my own brand of moonshine out of potato peals! It'll be a good place to sell items and "services". (Guns dropped off at the front desk before entry)

And if someone wants to trash talk then they can settle disputes in the "Thunderdome".

of course it isn't easy to get water from rain, but you would get more than enough if it was pouring, just drink from your clothes witch would be soaked of water.

Things you should bear in mind: have at least two filled bottles with water and maybe 1 or 2 cans of food or even cooked meat. And while you're on the looting run: drink and eat every food you find. Just do it, even if you're still well in the green.
