Try verifying your game cache on Steam.

 

Right click on DayZ > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game cache.

Do you have anything added to your launch parameters like -nosplash or -worldempty? If so try removing them.

 

Right click on DayZ > Properties > General > Set Launch Options

 

You can also try removing your DayZ.cfg or DayZProfile, a new one will be created when you launch the game again (although you might have to reset some keybinds/settings).

 

C:\Users\Username\Documents\DayZ

Dunno then sorry, I'd check you haven't go a DayZ Other Profiles folder for your CFG in your documents file also, if you do you may need to delete those cfg/profiles also.
