Can anybody help.....

I'm about 3 hours in I've looted quite well got loads of decent gear, plenty of food, however got attacked by a couple of zombies I immediately bandaged and stopped bleeding and now my screens a bit blur and loss of colour. I know from watching videos it's blood and I need a donor lol. If I don't get blood will I eventually die? I play on myself as I'm new to the game so no friends can give me blood and the only people I've met killed me straight away. Any ideas cheers :-)

I wouldn't be that bothered but it's my best run normly die straight away :-/

If you are both Energised and Hydrated you will start to regenerate blood

Then if your blood is full you start yo regenerate health

So you probably already died by know, but in short, you need to get to the "healthy state" that can be achieved by getting dark green "energized" and no "thirst" status bar, but if you get light green "energized" AND "hydrated" you will receive a dark green "healing state" in which your heath will start to regenerate, but you receive the healing state once you have full heath, which can be achieved by either a blood bag or staying in the "energized" and "hydrated" status. If you decide to get a blood bag, make sure your blood is compatible, make sure you remember your blood too, if you find a blood tester.
