restriction 42 problem

Hello, i found this great server where i died lol and now everytime i join i die again at the same spot and get kicked because of restriction 42 and just got back to the dayz epoch menu.
I tried downloading arma 2 oa patch etc but it doesn't extract anything and show me message saying that i have a wrong cd key although i purchased it via steam. What the actual fuck?

 

I also get kicked from other servers for the same problem now....

(Please don't reply that you have the same problem etc just reply if you know a solution to this and nothing else please...)

You will have to contact the Admin of that server, as this is down to them to fix. Nothing we nor you can do.

It's server-specific, hence why you have to ask the Admin. I can't assure you that you're going to be fine on other servers.
