Where is the "unofficial patch notes" for the new patch?

Hello all.  I know that somewhere there is a list of what is "expected " or verified by players for the new patch hitting tomorrow.

 

Can someone please link where this is?  I've looked and cant' find anything useful.  THanks!

pretty sure it wont be posted until tomorrow, when the update goes live. then in the dev tracker it will show the stand-up notes for the .50 update.

but i could have sworn that the players and sometimes forum moderators or something compile a "personally confirmed" list or something I can see ahead of time so that I can sort of know what to expect from tomorrow's patch?

Here's the only one i know of based off of the latest .50 experimental, Devs have said there will some new additions for stable and the server crashes should be fixed
