Are there any 100% vanilla dayz servers left? No self bloodbag, scripts etc. just a 100% vanilla dayz server? really miss those days :/

facoptere still has some servers up, check out his threads about it.

 

There's also still US434 going, as well as US 388 (which is what we Devs are hosting).

I run a fairly popular one in Europe called DayZ Europa.

Edit: DayZ Mod has self blood bag since 1.8.1 but it's a bit different as it only restores 4K blood.
