The way I see it, you have a few options;

 

1. Evade/Run/Hide

 

2. Shoot/Kill/Rob (My least favorite option, please don't KOS)

 

3. Hold them up - Try to sneak upto them and point your gun at their head. Tell them to put their hands up or you will shoot them (handcuff them if possible), then decide what you want to do from there.

 

4. Try to communicate - Use your mic and try to tell them that you are friendly or warn them to keep their distance (My favorite option)

 

5. Scare - Tell them you have a team of buddys or fire off a few warning shots in their direction.
