Respawn Confirmation

Hi everyone,

I was playing some DayZ earlier and everything was fine, I then decided to get off for a bit and instead of clicking 'Abort' I clicked 'Respawn' and lost my character in an instant. My point being is that isn't there a way that you could add a respawn confirmation or something similar?
