problems with lag screen roll and glitchesm

hi

 

i have alot of problems with playing dayz when i join a server i can run around like 5min sometimes less and then i get screen roll and alot of lag and then 1min later buildings disappear and when i go in 3rd person view my character is glitching 2 

 

my pc should be good enough my specs:

8gb ram

intel i5 3.00ghz

royal queen radeon r9 270x  (u can play battlefield with this so should be good)

 

 

servers i wanne play have 17-30 ping so thats not a prob and my internet is good i dont have lag on my ps4 or my laptop

 

so if somebody could help me pls its very frustrating that i cant play 1 of the best game's for pc

I run a similar setup, i5 8gb ram, I recently switched to Nvidia, but one thing I noticed when runnung ATI (which hopefully will help) is that after every driver update I had to run Ccleaner to clean my registry, so maybe its just old drivers messing you up, try a clean install maybe or try ccleaner?

ok thanks gonna try that i have changed my settings to normal and now it runs prety good just after a few minutes i lose alot of fps and the buildings arnt lookin good any more
