So,this is going to be a really quick thread,because I don't have much time,so here it goes.

When you eat,in real life,you can't just run around without that felling of the food coming back,and I tought that would be great in DayZ.

Let's say,if you eat a can of pasta for example,you would have to wait 2 minutes(in DayZ) or so,or you would have a chance to puke,wich would:

.Atract zombies

.Lose the amount of food you just ate(if you where at the red mark,you would go back to it)

.And if you have a disease and puke,you would lose some blood.

What do you bros think?

I am all for it.Making player walk for 10 to 15 minutes in game is huge to immersion.Just try walking around in game and you will start admiring scenery etc.I also think things like a timed refill icon while filling at water spots,timed manual filling of mags from ammo boxes,timed cooking/boiling water etc add to immersion.

and about that admiring scenery thing,I didn't even tought about that,but you "fly" away from the game with the scenerys,you're just going to be shot in the back =P
