Grenade glitch question

Any way in avoiding the glitch in which you throw a grenade and get stuck in place. It gets me killed every time because theres no time to run away from the blast radius... x

Throw your gear on the floor and hope you won't die.

You may also try doing a gesture. Press F9, that is the quickest gesture for you to execute.

I usually just sit down then get back up, seems to work for me......when I dont get shot doing it

Hold G instead of just pressing it and throw the grenade farther, lol

What's the best place to locate grenades? I've still not managed to find one. I've tried Balota, NWAF, and a few of the smaller military bases with no luck.

Speaking of which.  This happened to me yesterday, threw a flash bang and stood still until it exploded.  Going to stop throwing them except for certain situations where I wont need to move.  The advantage of using them is lost if you can't stay mobile in most situations.
