Any way to extract soundfiles?

Me and my friends always laugh about that sound the infected sometimes make when they spot you or go in for the attack.

 

That "ooooEEEEEIOUUUU!!!" sound. Hard to describe. I'd like to extract or record it somewhere so I can use it for a message sound for my mobile. 

Does anyone know any way to do this?

Unpack .pbo containing sounds (Eliteness), convert from .wss to .wav (wss2wav, wssdec).
