Grenades going off when shot

I think grenades should go off if you have one in your vest for example. A guy shoots you in the vest, grenade goes off, you both die (if he is close enough.) Thiscould also be used by snipers to take out 2 guys that are next to each other (you nver know if he has a grenade in his vest though)

The chances of a grenade actually exploding from getting shot is highly unlikely (Although still remains possible). Just saying :l
