DayZ Standalone FPS goes from 20-30 down to 0-2 in a second

I can play DayZ perfectly fine for about 10 minutes and then I start to get 0-2 FPS with a graphics glitch. I've messed around with the settings but it doesn't make a difference if the setting are high or low.

   Windows 7 (32 bit)

   Driver:  AMD Radeon HD 5700 Series

   Primary VRAM: 1024 MB

   RAM:  3069 Mb

I've seen a lot of people with this problem, and thankfully, I don't have it. Sadly however, I don't know what it could be, the only thing I could suggest (Keep in mind I'm not tech-savvy, I don't know nearly enough about computers to give a good answer) would be something simple like verifying the game cache/integrity. Idk, hope this helps?

I've tried doing that and it didn't help at all, I've also tried to reinstall the game which as I suspected didn't work, and launching it with special launch options didn't work aswell.

Happens to me as well, update 0.49 made the game unplayable for me :< I hope they fix it completely in 0.50.....
