Finchtastic 50 Posted October 10, 2014 I was running to elektro and had just gotten out of Solnichny, when some fresh spawn comes running after me yelling at me to give him my shoes. I told him to get lost and he just kept chasing me, yelling about his bare feet and demanding my shoes, until the server reset a few minutes later. Paxom (DayZ) 30 Posted October 11, 2014 Well, its entirely possible, that he was dieing from freezing and bare feet damage, didn't see too well, all blur, and was not able find or take shoes even right in front of him.He didn't explain it very well, yes, probably panicking, voice tone could tell its legit, troll, crazy or griefer. How thats could happened: sometimes on relog you loose shoes, pants, backpack and/or some items in backpack. Once I lost this way pants shoes and matches, freezing blur kicks in, was KoSed as suspect no-pants mafia member.Other time I did manage find new pair of badly damaged working boot, saved me from bare feet damage.All gamble, esp if you loose all rags, so I keep some in a jacket, even if they get ruined by zeds very quickly.
