We have a [TOG] community member that has this issue and cannot find a solution. What did you do to fix this "session lost" problem?

I think it varies Nev, other then BE issues I have seen in some cases a verify of cache will fix it but for others not.  Hence why I am curious.

Yeah, unfortunately he's tried verifying the cache and various other things but nothing is seeming to work. I did find some are getting joy posting on the feedback tracker but obviously not everyone gets a solution there either. It's a weird thing because he was playing fine one day and the next this "session lost" problem.

 

Hoping we can find a solution for him.  ;)
