Bandwidth questions.

Hello! so i just wanted to ask a question about bandwidth! So lets say you join a server and you see your bandwidth is 200,does it say how much bandwidth is being used or how fast is my internet? They say in the other forums that the more bandwidth you have the faster the downloads,i know this,but does dayz actually say how much bandwidth is being used or whats my data transfer speed? More bandwidth the better or worse? I really need to know this so any answer will be appreciated,just don't answer with "i think" or "i'm not sure" Just answer if you are 100% sure what you're saying.Thank you very much!
