Ok I see your point.  I am also on a mission to try out every weapon in the game and thats the only weapon I haven't found so far (smirsh vest and tent are the only other items).   I have never seen that weapon in a police station or on another player or met a player who has found one.  I am not even sure it currently spawns at all, but I am reasonably certain it is about as powerful as a paintball or BB gun.  If you get one def only attack from behind or shoot first and go for the head and scream lots of snackbars and maybe you can get lucky.  I bet you a pristine ballistic helmet can take several of those dinky rounds.

Thats a nice picture of duping there mr jack the ripper. but it looks good :D (you can save the story your gona make up about collecting the items solo/in a team)
