Friend dies as i Skin & Quarter Wild Boar [00:52]

There is a bug that when skinning an animal you inadvertently kill/skin any player standing near to the animal or player doing the skinning. I have personally seen this bug with a friend in our clan/unit.

Stand well back from someone skinning an animal thats the only recommendation.

^can anybody confirm this?

 

I finally got my friends to try DayZ SA with me again. As i skin a boar, one friend vanishes into oblivion and tells us he's dead somehow. We didn't believe him at first, because we couldn't find his body anywhere. When i re-watched the footage i noticed i got it all on tape.

Looks like an edit in the video to me.

 

Camera rolls back to frontal view once you're done skinning. The quote i put on top of the post is from reddit of someone who experienced the same thing
