Love this game but game becomes unresponsive?

Randomly while im playing, within 15 mins or so of gameplay, my character will just stop, and both my keyboard and my mouse become COMPLETELY unresponsive.

 

I have tried playing with default settings too and it still does this.

 

ctrl alt delete seems to work to get out of the frozen game, but for the most part everything shuts down and does not work

 

please help? its ruining my experience and i love this game so far!

Something like this happens to me sometimes,when I join a server im in first person and i literally can do NOTHING.I have to control alt delete and re-join the game but join a different server
